Is the only way to upload a site or project through the File Manager?

There’s no FTP access, and I can’t find WordPress in Softaculous.

On the WordPress Manager page, the following error appears: “The WORDPRESS PACKAGE could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.”

They are using Softaculous Free License, I got actually WP on my site:

download SitePad via Softaculous
Download WordPress from WordPress.org
Edit the SP install and write down the database details don't edit the database details!!
Remove the SP install but keep DB and DB User
Open php my admin
Select the DB name that you wrote on your notepad
Drop all tables
Go to File manager
Extract WordPress zip then upload all the files inside
Go to your domain
And enter the install details and the DB details you wrote
